The Journey of Healing
Conscious Co-Creation & Mindset Mastery for Healing
Like many healers, I started my journey for self healing & personal growth. I was interested in spirituality since a very young age (especially crystals & all things magical), but as I experienced deep childhood traumas I focused on the physical world more and more.

Moving toward motherhood brought me back to that connection to spirituality & stirred up a craving for something greater. I became attuned to Reiki (Master Teacher & Crystal Master in April & September 2019) as a way to connect with myself & heal the wounds that caused me so much pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia & anger.
After a beautiful journey of self healing & discovery, I began helping others on their journey of healing, spirituality & personal growth as a way to practice the art of healing. As my practice took off, I began offering healing sessions publicly and have added tremendously to the modalities and offerings services that I offer to the local & online community.
I am honored to help facilitate healing for people, pets & places! From Smoke Cleansing your home or office to Reiki Healing Circles & Full Moon baths; private healing sessions in the office to private parties and sacred ceremonies, I am here to help you along your journey.

Crystal Light Bath
The crystal light bath is a calming, soothing, relaxing, energizing and healing experience. Using chromotherapy or color therapy, the specially attuned lights flash different colors while the genuine Vogel crystals guide the light energy to cleanse, invigorate & heal the energy centers of our light body (aka chakras). This sacred crystal light bath activated a portal in bringing through healing spiritual energies to balance and rejuvenate the 7 chakras or energy centers of the body. These centers often store mental and emotional issues that effect physical and emotional health. Cleansing and balancing the Chakras can promote better mental clarity, pain relief, relaxation, better sleep, lowered levels of anxiety, decreased feelings of depression, increased sense of peace & more.

Activated + Aligned Reiki takes a unique approach to an ancient healing method by using a blend of modalities, crystal light, sound healing, aromatherapy, smoke cleansing, intuition, divinely guided mentorship and more, along with Reiki healing energy to create a one of a kind, customized approach to mind, body & soul aligned healing. There are so many healing modalities and ways to help energy move through the body to clear out the toxins, blockages and stagnant energy. As a healer, I know how important it is to honor the individuality and unique qualities of each person. That is why I have studied (and continue to be a student of) many aspects and approaches of healing. This enables me to offer something custom curated for each person. No two treatments, plans, programs, classes, circles or sessions are exactly the same. Specializing in Chakra Alignment
Chakras {Sanskrit for spinning wheels of light} are the main sources or hubs of energy within the body. These centers are associated with various feelings, colors fragrances, etc. that we experience through our lives. The energy of the chakras is powerful & when they are blocked, there can be pain or pressure felt in the physical body. By tapping into these energy centers and allowing reiki healing to flow through them we can discover what is causing blockages, stagnancy & creating pain or pressure within the body. Each healing session works with the chakras in different capacities, with 90 minute sessions being ideal for the clearing of blockages, expansion of healing & integrating the energy. Reiki Reports will provide you with information on how to try to keep the chakras aligned between sessions.
